Rockin' Marathon Relay

I had the opportunity to run a marathon relay with these women.

We split up the race, so we each ran about 6-7 miles.

The race took place at the Cleveland Zoo! 

It was so much fun!

There was another team of girls from church

that we ran with as well.

Here we are with pre-race jitters!

It got a bit chilly, so we bundled up!

 We crossed the finish line together
and finished under 4 hours!

 I was happy to be done.

It was a very good experience.

I was tested mentally and physically.

I would totally do it again!

Spring Soccer

Spring is one of my favorite seasons.

It means the sun is out, the temperatures are higher,

and we can get outside and play!

I love watching Dan play soccer.

Spring is here!!

Date Night

Every Friday night is date night.

We love trying new restaurants and exploring downtown.

I love this quote about spending time together.

Dan's birthday was full of fun!

We did a few of his favorite things.

We went to the movies, shopped at an Asian market,

and ended up at Dick's Sporting Goods.

He loved opening presents he got in the mail from family.

 This Asian grocery store is so much fun to shop at.

We were there for a few hours.

Dan served a mission in Taiwan and speaks Mandarin.

It was especially fun having him show me some of the unique 

foods he ate on his mission.

 We found a frozen octopus! 

 Dan loves duck!

He ate duck a lot on his mission.

 We headed to Dick's Sporting Goods where

I surprised Dan with a camping trip to Hocking Hills. 

 We celebrated with friends and ate lemon cake.

I love celebrating Dan.
