March Madness

March has been quite the month for the Hall family.
We celebrated birthdays and engagements,
took way too many exams,
prepared for graduation and moving,
traveled,
double dates,
family history work,
school,
insurance,
group projects,
mission reunion,
family,
taxes,
and planned a budget for the next couple years.
Although it has been busy, we have been able to take some time for ourselves.
We traveled to Cedar City, UT to spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa Hall.
We relaxed,
watched movies,
ate good food,
drove around ZION National Park,
hiked, and explored.
Little did we know how much we needed a break!
We are back in the thick of it all but it is so comforting to know that finals are in two weeks! After finals, we are off to California for a couple days, flying back to Utah and then off to Colorado.
We are so excited for this summer!
We both have wonderful jobs lined up.
Dan will be selling Pest Control with Ecosure and I will be at the Gap and also a nanny for my cousin's three adorable children!
We have been blessed with great jobs and are looking forward to spending time in a new state!
Here is a little recap of our March Madness:

"Leap Year"

Darling movie!
We saw it last night with our neighbors.
Yes, it is a chick-flick.
Yes, Brett and Dan predicted the whole thing.
Yes, it took place in one of the most beautiful places on earth... Ireland!
Yes, Natalie and I loved it!
Go see it!

Success!!

We spent the last week eating the canned foods in our cupboards... a lot of soup... We really had no time to get to the store. So on Saturday, I finally made it! We established a budget of $100 for every two weeks in March. I was wondering how I was going to do it with all the food we needed! I went to Target with a little gift card we had left over from the wedding. I was sure I would have to use it with the load of groceries I had in my cart. I was trying to keep track of the amount while shopping.. but I was not completely accurate. I was sure I would need to use the gift card to make our budget. I made it to the check-out feeling disappointed that I went over and thinking about what I could get rid of. The total just kept climbing. Right when I almost said, "I won't be purchasing that", the total came to $97.03!! I could not believe my ears!! I double checked the total on the screen about five times! With a huge grin on my face I told the employee my accomplishment... Hahaha! I was so proud! I am actually excited to go and do it again!

P.S. We had the BEST enchiladas today for Sunday dinner. SO easy to make and SO good!
